- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
- Strong knowledge of bank operations
- Proven leadership, communication, and sales management skills

ACCOUNT OFFICER
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course

- Willing to do fieldwork

LOAN ACCOUNT OFFICER
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
- Experience in credit and sales is a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Willing to do fieldwork
COMPLIANCE OFFICER
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking/compliance
- Strong knowledge of risk management, AMLA, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Detail-oriented with strong monitoring and organizational skills
HUMAN RESOURCE HEAD
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or equivalent
- Proven experience in HR operations (payroll, compensation, benefits, recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations)
- Strong communication and confidentiality handling skills
- Knowledge of BIR reporting and HR systems (e.g., Alphalist)
- Experience in broader HR functions is an advantage
