BRANCH MANAGER

  • Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
  • Strong knowledge of bank operations
  • Proven leadership, communication, and sales management skills

  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage

ACCOUNT OFFICER

  • Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
  • Willing to do fieldwork
  • Assignment locations: San Pedro, Cabuyao, Los Baños, Sta. Rosa, Victoria, Batangas City

LOAN ACCOUNT OFFICER

  • Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
  • Experience in credit and sales is a strong advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Willing to do fieldwork

COMPLIANCE OFFICER

  • Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking/compliance
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, AMLA, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong monitoring and organizational skills

HUMAN RESOURCE HEAD

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or equivalent
  • Proven experience in HR operations (payroll, compensation, benefits, recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations)
  • Strong communication and confidentiality handling skills
  • Knowledge of BIR reporting and HR systems (e.g., Alphalist)
  • Experience in broader HR functions is an advantage
