course<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in credit and sales is a strong advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willing to do fieldwork<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>COMPLIANCE OFFICER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in any 4-year course<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in banking\/compliance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of risk management, AMLA, and regulatory requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and report-writing skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong monitoring and organizational skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HUMAN RESOURCE HEAD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in HR operations (payroll, compensation, benefits, recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and confidentiality handling skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of BIR reporting and HR systems (e.g.,
